We all have a common desire: transformation. We long for our beauty and our unique purpose in this world to be seen, celebrated, and nurtured. We long for Shalom: connection, fulfillment, joy, a deep sense of rootedness and self-knowing.

My years of experience as a narrative trauma healing facilitator and an ordained pastor equip me well to come alongside you as a guide in navigating your deepest heartache and the wounds that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you discover your own goodness and recover a sense of God's delight in you, as you grow in kindness and curiosity for your own story.
